Well if you consider the fact that Drifting is to Japan as Drag racing is to the US... I would only consider it a "fad" here. But I think it will be always considered a sport and held in that regard, so personally I don't think it's going anywhere.

I know its huge in Japan but lately here you have all these kids buying 240s and AEs to dorifto or doritos or whatever lol how long will that last....
