fastest stock s2000
169 - impressive
Since the final drive is the same for pre-'04 models as for '04 and '05 and you have a 9k redline, assuming top speed is not HP limited - pre'04 cars SHOULD be as much as 17-19 MPH faster on top end. I don't know what Honda was thinking when they revised the drivetrain - yes I enjoy the added mid range torgue but do something about the final drive - car is worthless on trips - 4000 RPM at 80??? Was dead after a 400 mile trip and radio?? Please - you cannot hear a thing AND maintain any conversation. I love Hondas/Acuras - have had 9 of them since 1981 - but DO something about cruising!!!

Alright, below is photographic evidence that Rio Yellow is in fact the fastest color. The car wasn't even being driven when the picture was taken, yet still the scenery is being blurred by the blinding speed of a RYP S.

guys it's ok to joke around, but when a serious question is asked then you have to give a serious answer. Everyone knows the NFR is the fastest S. Hell I get tspeeding tickets when I'm parked.

The fastest color is white in the back, black in the front. Why? More photons are reflected by the white, pushing the car forward. The front is black, so there aren't as many bouncing off
Someone paint a car with the 50/50 color scheme and see if it helps your trap speeds.
