Rob: If *you* think you fit, you fit. I'm 6'2" and over 15 years of ownership my weight has varied from 200 (when car was new) to 235 (8-10 years ago) to 185 (current), and over all that time, my single favorite place to sit has always been the driver's seat of my S2000.

Forget the 400lb limit - it's total bull$#!+. Just a blatant CYA* on Honda's part. At my max weight I would routinely load up the car with wife and luggage, to the tune of 500lb total or more. I even took other heavy passengers out *on the track* and never, ever had a single issue, even on race tires at >1.2 lateral g's.

This car is special. The driving is so rewarding that even if you find you're uncomfortable after an hour, that first hour is worth it. Let the prospect of a second, third, and fourth consecutive hour behind the wheel be your continued weight-loss motivation.

My fearless prediction: you will never regret buying this car.

Good luck!

Limits are always conservative so if case of a lawsuit due to anything related to weight they can say it was overdesigned with respect to the max weight.

6'0, 250lbs. Pant leg at 29".. even with a long torso, it sits fine for height. As for width, the only time you might find troubling is getting in and out of the car. I cheat by just twisting my ass onto the side railing lol. Totally destroying my driver seat but I'm sure it doesn't mind since it gets the best treatment in my 4 car household hehehhe

Im 6'1", 160 pounds and i feel like its a tight fit for me. It will be difficult to get out without destroying the bolster on the seat.

It all depends on your method of getting out and your leg strength. I have no issues with getting out without dragging myself across the bolster.

I thought of this thread when my friend got in my S. He is probably 6'3/4 and 200-210 lbs. It was quite entertaining and i couldn't resist taking a pic! I have a rollbar that caused me to lose about 1-2 inches of leg space and the seat wont recline back as much. Im not that tall so no big deal for me or my gf!

I'm 6'2" and 275, and fit quite well in my AP1. Seat all the way back and reclined fully, and I've got plenty of leg and head room. I doubt I would pass the broomstick test though. So worth the snug fit to drive this car.
