A few questions about s2000
Hey guys, I'm new here.
I have been going back and forth between buying a 03 rsx-s and a celica gt-s, but recently i have gotten really interested in s2000s, I'm planning to spend about 22-23k on a new car, but my question is could I find a used s2000 in good condition for that much?
Also, I'm 6'1 and I've never sat in an s2000... Would i fit??
Thanx in advance for all your help

I'm 6'/ 185 lbs. Chances are your weight will be more of a factor than height. Stop be a dealership and check one out up close. It's fairly painless to be superficial with people who only want your money. A test drive will probably change your life. At the very least you will know why the cars you mentioned will never be in the same class.

I don't know what you're talking about ElTianti... I'm sorry I don't agree with you.
I'm 6'0+ with 34" (I've worn bigger too) inseam (leg) as well (plus I wear size 11 sketchers which add another inch or so) and I don't have my seat even all the way back (close to it, but not all the way). In my subaru it's all the way back.
I *DO* agree with you Ravenwerk that weight is more of a problem (some of my friends are heavy 250+ and have complained about the tightness).

I see, then it shouldn't be too bad.. I'm 17; 6'1 145 lbs although my legs are really long..
I'm going to the dealership 2night after I get off work so I'll see for sure then, but what about the price range? Is that going to be possible?? (22-23k?)
-thx

thing is: from the looks of your choice originally, you might think really hard about the s2000. It's honestly a very impractical car. Yes you can get around everyday in it just fine, but if it's going to be your only car, I can see situations where you would wish you had bought the other two cars.
Something to consider:
Apparantly in the RSX-S...
Cold Air Intake + exhaust + comptech race Header + Hondata = a Lot of power, infact I believe it dyno'd 220+ hp at the "axle" on UL's Dynapack...
before everyone jump on my case... they are different cars.. I would never trade my S2000 for an RSX-S, but I would definately buy an RSX-S to suppliment the S2000.
