Well, I finally picked up my S2000 yesterday, and all I have to say is WOW! It's one thing to ride/drive someone else's car (thanks Rick) but it's something else entirely to have your own. I drove all around, giving the S2000 tour, which includes a ride around the block, to several friends and family members. It was a beautiful top-down day here in Maryland and was a perfect first day for my new silver/red.

Thanks for the support and understanding of all of those that participated in the Maryland meet as they knew my car was at the dealer while everyone else had theirs at the meet!! Also thanks to everyone on this board for the helpful advice, tips, and general comradeship that I have been able to read and experience for the last 9 long months. Oh and I can't forget to thank the engineers at Honda for such a superb vehicle


Now I'll be able to add my own experiences and input on the board!

 

Congratulations! Great color choice too. Nice talking to you at the meet on Saturday. I know you were really anxious to get your car and now that you have it you can experience this wonderul vehicle for yourself!

 

Congrats Steve! The next 600mi or so will be painful but it is well worth the wait. Picked mine up on a monday, was VTEC'in it by Saturday. We'll get together with a few others in the area and do that MD/VA/PA meet drive again.
