That is why wealth in most cases doesn't last 3 generation,
in this case seems like it won't last 2nd generation.

Did this seem like a reasonable reply to the guy's question? Why not worry about managing your own house before passing snide comments like this.

email around. i used honda website and emailed 12 dealerships. 2 gave me invoice off the bat and most were willing to match that. maybe get a feel for what price they give you and go from there.

BaDa$$rIo,

IMO if I was you I would just forget the hardtop and use that money to buy a 4x4 truck for when it snows or is crummy weather.

This is what I did, know what your car costs the dealer BEFORE you go talk to them. My personal feeling is paying cash doesn't mean as much anymore, unless your just wanting to show them your serious. And being 18 I would say they won't take you too serious(been there done that) at first anyway.

What the car is worth kinda depends on area you live seems like, base price with NO options but freight inclu. is roughly $30000. With a $1000 dealer hold back. As far as options spoilers and such dealer cost used to be about 48% of retail, I'm really not sure about it now tho I didn't get or want any options.

Just be prepared to walk away if your terms are not met, don't get mad if you have to, Its just business. And dont let them think you just Gotta have the car!! Like I say be prepared to walk.

Good Luck!!

O yeah!! If you get it PLEASE be carefull!

Don't buy anything extra from the dealer. Try getting all of the stuff you want extra afterword from one of our sponsors like hardtopguy(just to mention one). He has great prices that usually beat almost everyone for OEM stuff. IF you are getting an MY04 then try this out http://marketplace.s2ki.com/docs/2004S2000/index.php. Sorry to hear about your father.
