Default Finally took delivery of a new S2000

Took delivery of a Brand Spanking New Silverstone/Blk S2000 over the weekend. I am all smiles. Have been dream'n about owning one for the longest time now. Took the dealer/broker about 2 wks to get one. Had to haggle with the dealership about releasing the car for me. Goudy Honda in Alhambra, CA had it, but would not give it up, wanted me to come there to by it. Got it for 30,800 plus tax, license, reg. Drives like a dream. Just a beauty to look at. Ordered the front spoiler and hardtop from friend that works at AHM R&D in Torrance. They get a large discount. Can't wait. My dream car garage. 2 down, 12 to go.

Will post pics soon after this weekends road trip

Just helped a friend pick up his My2003 (Sebring) for the same price, including the rear spoiler from Valencia Honda.

Happy Motoring!

I was at Goudy Honda over the weekend, and all of their new cars (MY2003's) had the "market adjustment" fees of $5K+. It's a bad sign when this is their starting point, because then they act like they're giving you a great deal @ MSRP.

Goudy Sucks!!!

That is why they wanted me to go there, rather than my guy. But my guy after 2 wks of discussions finally got them to release the car to him with a $500 over invoice. I got it at that price plus I bought the guy dinner and a 1/18scale die-cast of S2000 as his reward for all his hard work. Goudy Sucks.!!!!

Everything is cool, but the have to go to the dealer for replacement of roof button trim cover. The faux metal paint job is coming off. Friend thinks it was something Goudy might have used to clean it the dust from the Showroom. Goudy Sucks.

Aside from that, all is fantastic. Can't wait to get the front spoiler and hardtop.

Congrats on the new ride! Just got a 03 myself and wanted to get a hard top. How much for the hardtop without the discount? Thanks!

Congrats, nerdboy. Glad to hear it worked out.

Would you mind telling me your dealership that got the car from Goudy? You can send me a PM.

Did he mean to say that his car is Sebring Silver and not Silverstone?

I thought Silverstones were only available MY 00.
