finaly bought one!

Default finaly bought one!

So after a bit of hunting around, i found one that seemed ideal, within my budget.

RED 2000' 80k miles 1 previous owner. full service history £4400

happy doesnt even come close, im currently in a sling so i have only taken it round the block a couple of times but it F*c**ng aawwessoommmee!!!!

so things i need to do and things i need to check would be great,

valve clearences plugs and an oil and filter/service first but after this...

Congratulations, looks like you scored a deal. I know prices in the U.K. are cheaper, but 4,400 pounds is the equivalent to what, like $6,500? I definitely recommend picking up a hardtop if you haven't already (assuming you can find one), seeing as how the prices for those are also a good bit cheaper than here in the states.

Nice going and welcome. You will find all kinds of stuff here, just spend some time looking. You mentioned changing out the oil but include other fluids too. Valve check is good. Don't forget the axle nut tighten. Make sure your tires are decent. Lots of accidents on worn tires especially with damp road conditions. As a low time S driver you don't want to stack the odds against you and your investment in joy.

Change ALL the fluids and make sure you have some good tires
