Default find quarter mile time

Is there any kind of thing I can plug in to find my quarter mile time? I swear I remember something you plugged in and stuck to your windshield to get quarter mile time.

The Beltronics unit produces consistent results *if* you test carefully. The results are only comparable to dyno results (which aren't really even comparable to each other) if you calibrate the thing well and properly. When I was using one I was getting power and torque curves that were a dead ringer for a Mustang dyno, but you gotta put good data in to get good data out (same with a dyno of coures).

If you get the PC interface you can plot all sorts of interesting stuff, but the thing is best used for comparative measurements and tuning. Nobody will take your quarter mile times seriously unless you have a timeslip (no doubt becuase it's easier to bugger the data and produce bogus times).
