anyone ever tried the Firehawk SZ50 EP's ? the guys at wheel works said they grip pretty damn well and the tread wear is better. and they're cheaper!

FireHawk!? Are you kidding me, i wouldn't allow them stacked on the garage floor next to my Stook, nevermind actually mount them on those precious rims.

come on frank the guy is going to save a few bucks on the tires,so he can use it in the body shop

I had the SZ 50s on my Mustang GT convertible before I sold it for the S2K. They did not feel nearly as grippy as the SO2s, but my comparison is apples and oranges. I LOVE the SO2s - just started on the second set.
