You got any specifics in mind? Congratulations on getting your S at last.

Personally I prefer the S2000 channel especially with the top down.

Yeah, planning on an Alpine 9885 HU, Alpine MR-F250 amp bridged to 100x2, and some Polk db6500s. iPod and XM add-ons for the HU, and a Modifry DCI. I will probably buy the speakers and amp in the near future, and wait till Xmas on the HU so someone else can buy it for me Whole setup is about $800 in parts; not too bad.

And thanks; I love the S2000 channel too (hence the possible K&N mod for a little more volume) but 95% of my driving is boring stop-and-go in the suburbs, I need some more entertainment than 2nd gear at 3200 rpm.

cheers guys i realy dont no what i want yet, still undesided thrs alot of options all i want to do is hit vtec as quick as possible ie better ecceleration
You say you want better acceleration and to be able to hit V-TEC faster?
Then the only obvious fist choice should be new gears!
Go with some 4:77 and you will accelerate alot faster. And will pull through the gears faster and harder

If you want to stay N/A then there is better punch then some steep gears!

No you don't need a new differential. I would suggest getting the ring and pinion gears and the rear end rebuild kit. (i.e. seals and bearings)
Then get a yellow box to correct your speedo!

I dont blame you for wanting a good mechanic to do the work. You have to get the backlash of the gears set right, the right fluid and a few not so common tools. Mine was done by a rear end specialty shop and everything out the door including recalibrating the speedo was just under $1700. They even gave me a free flush and fluid change once the new gears were broken in properly!
