So its my first year of college this year. Nervous, i made it out of High School while just owning an S2000 my senior year(dream car ) and its now my 3rd week of the term out of 60 weeks in a term. I park quite early everyday to get a decent spot to let the S2000 shine and stand out as i also dont have to walk as far ....As i was heading to my car last monday to go on a lunch break. I see a nice Honda Civic with a few things done to it right next to me...I feel as theres an attraction to everybody that is a car enthusiast. We can all relate and share a passion that connects us all. Have you noticed that YOU park next to other nice cars? Or even maybe you saw an evo or maybe... say a del sol at wal mart and parked next to it? I see this all the time and its just how our divirsity of car passion is bringing everyone together. **now back to topic**

I also noticed that there was a 240sx and a subaru sti across...I was suprized to see so many tuners around me and that I...started this little parking trend as i could say. Excited as i was i left to eat...

I come back to the same spot (luckily it was still there) and the civic is still there...the 240 has left.
I go into class, do my thing and learn... and once i go out to finally leave... There is a white S2000 next to mine. My heart stopped or maybe skipped a few beats. I kept starring at first but i couldnt realize it... as rare as it is here...at my new college... White AP1, white wheels, CF hood with very dark tinted windows and its soft top...I took a picture of it and left a card of my friends website TCN and a brief message saying..." HEY! nice S2K! I have the yellow one next to you! S2Ki.com...CrZy_Vick...add me!"... later that night i get a message from smallville160 with the message title as: PHCC parking lot. I was so excited to see a reply i clicked on it and we started messaging and sharing info.

I got THIS excited to see a fellow S2000 owner park next to me. I made sure we exchange info and now on my 4th week of my school term. There are 2 S2000s in the parking lot...They both parked next to me, and they both now know me.

I dont know about you guys...But do YOU get that excited to see a fellow owner to one of the best cars ever made?

same. i try to park as close as i can to other s2k's. there is one professor who own's one and he new flashes back or waves. dick. oh well, there r three others on my campus and two are my friend and another whom i have yet to meet.

Nice. I was driving my mom's civic the other day and saw a black s2000 ap1. I heardly ever see on traveling the same direction as I am so I gave the dude a thumbs up LOL He flashed a hi sign too.

Yeah I definitely notice car enthusiast. Especially cars I'm interested in, like 350z, s2k, gti, gtr. And eclipses, 2nd gen since that was my first car.

 

for some reason it seems like i always get beaters who wanna park next to me. i'd probably have cars playing bumper cars with me when parking if i didn't have a driveway parking spot.

Yeah im going to college next year, most likely at Florida State, and i'm still debating whether to take my S up there because im afraid that someone is going to be jealous and do something to it like always. Why can't people just respect the nice car and admire it without damaging it?

Anyways YES! If i see another S2K i will do everything in my power to say hi and make a giant wave
