to be honest.. i have heard so many different nosies from my engine bay, under the center console, and even more rattling and ping with my aftermakert exhaust... but i've been told that its just a noise car... performes great though!

 

I too just recently started hearing this noise... when i drove the car to san francisco from mn.. i did an oil change... then i drove for about 100 miles... i started hearing this noise... and i checked my oil, and my oil was below the very bottom "X"... i thought maybe because i was very low on oil that i may have cause a problem... hope i didn't though as it seems others are hearing this noise also... it's more prominent if i'm driving along side a wall, where the noise will reflect back at me... i have an '03 with 4500 mi.
