1. yup, thats my license.
2. and i finally earned it!!
VTECing down the road to work this morning and hit something in the road that totally launched me. all 4 off the ground! man that thing does not handle in the air! had never experienced that before. a bit scary- fortunately i was able to handle it when it landed. could tell that if i had steered i would have been off-road! i know it was probably a split second, but a very strange feeling-
FLY S2K!!!
(anyone in for a group-buy on wings for this thing?)

good analogy, except that i could not use "body english" to make the car do any mid-air tricks!!
it did not seem to take much of a lift to launch the car in the air- this happen to you more than once stookster?

Lots of twisty little roads near me. Tree roots and erosion, etc. cause weird bumps. I've felt that "don't want to steer right now" feeling you described a couple times. Like you though; no body english. :-)

Gotta watch out for those bumps when you're revved up.

Hey wanabe,

Where were you when you went flying??? I take it that nothing was wrong with the car after your flight.

on lincoln going north just past playa vista towards my office. saturday morning and almost no one on the road. car acted like this was the was it should be. now VTEC is not good enough, has to be VTEC with no rubber on the road or that car isnt happy!!! i agree with stookster, it seems pretty easy to launch in the air. we agree that the most important thing is to keep the front wheels straight for the landing.

Yeah, I like the wings idea. How 'bout some handle bars too? Maybe then we could apply some body english!
