I am looking everywhere for a set of Fog or Driving lights that will fit in the small air ducts (currently a bug trap). I have searched nearly everywhere. The HID's are plenty bright, I think if I could find a set that would fit perfectly, it would complete the front of the car. . .your thoughts?

Also, any PICS out there with Fog/Driving lights?

Before the S2K, I had a 99 Civic Si. The ducts were similar to those on the S2K, and the Honda Optional fog lights (made by Raybrig) mounted there. The bumper cover was marked and had attachment points for the brackets. Also had a wiring harness that tapped into the headlight switch. A nice setup, but it required a lot of cutting on the bumper and a cover surrounding the holes with openings for the lights.

I have wondered if those lights would fit the S2K, but I don't want to cut the bumper.

IMO, you would not gain a lot of visability from fog lights on the S2K...the low beams light it up pretty well. However, I have not yet driven mine in fog or other inclimate weather.

A friend of mine and I were thinking the same thing about maybe the civic fogs fitting do to a very similar settup. Of course honda cant tell you if it would work or not..hehe.

IF this works this will make me happy. Because i really want an integrated look.

Having driven in thick fog there's no need for fog lights, the HIDS work fine.

I agree..it's been pretty foggy here lately some nights and the HID's do wonders..IMHO, I think even if you did put fogs in, they'd be to squished together in the nose area..too compact..or if you put them at the sides , it'd be too wide for me..just my .02 cents..

Went to a special sale at Neuspeed the other weekend and they had the Civic fogs on sale for $20 each! Great looking light fixture (and nicely angled). Unfortunately, they were about 3/8" too tall for the S2K ducts - otherwise they would have been a perfect shape and look.

IMHO standard fog lights look like crap when you have HID's on your car

the only thing that would look appropriate would be HID fog lamps... and at $700-$1000 per set .. you make the call
