ya they are oem civic fog lights and they cut it out and put it in there

Nope, the Odyssey lights fill the area, those are civic foglights.

They are around $400 from the dealer. I don't know the exact pride as I purchaced mine from the for sale forum for $175. They pop up from time to time on Ebay or the fore sale forum.

I followed the Rick Hessel thread on instaling the lights. You have to remove the front bumper and do some cutting on the fake duct area. It was not too hard.
