Folding license plate frame

Default Folding license plate frame

I remember a vendor selling a folding license plate frame in the GB section a while back. It's supposed to fold at speed to let some air into the radiator. Anyone remember or can point me in the right direction?

that doesnt fold man, its fixed. its actually a copy of bys, if i remember correctly

lol they have adjusting ones at autozone. kinda like ricks but u can adjust the angels. never heard of folding ones that do it automaticly
