Forged Pistons?

Hey I read from the 2002 model advertisement booklet from the honda dealership that we have forged pistons? Really?

According to the Honda S2000 book by Daniel F. Carney, the S does indeed have "Lightweight forged aluminum pistons". (p. 68)

i would definitely hope that our S comes with forged pistons. as high of a compression as we run, using anything other than forged might cause a melt down.

Yes. We have forged Pistons... I have one siting on a shelf in my living room. Absolutely beautiful! Some people disagree (no one on this board obviously), but I call it art.
