It hasn't happened a lot at all. Recently (the past 2-3 days), something seems to have hiccuped - the machine is responding to pings and traceroutes but not completely to http requests. It's as if the the web server is either crashed or it's getting targeted for a DOS (denial of service) attack.

Anyone able to fill us in?
