Default Found this in my door - what is it?

Took my driver's side interior door panel off tonight and removed the speaker. As I peered into the door, I found this piece sitting on the bottom, loose. I picked it up, couldn't figure out where it went, so I just put the panel back on without it.

Is this even a honda part? It has no name or number on it.

Thanks for any help...

Kinda looks like a brush to keep crap off something.

I've had my panels off many times, never seen anything like it

Is it one of the pieces that holds the window firm in its track when it slides up and down?

It does look like something that would come in contact with the window b/c of the felt or whatever that is on it.

Anyone?

It's one of the window "stabilizers" they are clipped into the door glass outer weatherstrip. It either broke, or they knocked one off installing the weatherstrip and left it in the door during assembly. Have you had a drivers window regulator replaced? could of been knocked loose when removing the window from the door.

Its the stabilizer thingie for the door glass. There was a good post about it from xviper. How to fix it and all. You can do a search or PM him. He's cool, he'll help you out.
