After getting a speeding ticket for doing only 84 in a 70 last summer, I decided to spend $10 in donations and get a Fraternal Order of Police Supporter Sticker for my S2000. Does this really stop the police from giving you a ticket, or do they just over look it and write the ticket anyway? For $10, I couldn't help but to just try.

I find the cops prefer that you to give the money directly to them.

Trust me this does nothing. I come from a family of cops, unfortunatley it was a waste of 10 bucks....sorry.

that's the best kept secret in the whole world. Can you imagine if everyone found out that you could avoid any and all tickets by just spending a measly $10 on a sticker for your car?? Next I bet you're going to tell them that when you get pulled over, if you ask them nicely, they'll follow you back home and shampoo your rugs. Jeez man, how could you be such a blabbermouth? If mine stops working because of your advertising then I know who to come see about it.

in california there is this one thing called the 11-99 CHP foundation.. they give you a license plate and a badge. you basically have to donate 1500 bucks and you get that. but.. i heard that it works. pulled up to this porsche once who had it and i asked him. haha he was all, yea i was going.. uh.. yea iono. waaaay to fast. cop pulled me over.. asked me to see the badge.. and just said, yea we're all friends here. hrm hrm... 1500 bucks...

haha i guess so... but rack those tickets up and hey maybe you'll exceed 1500 bucks! plus there is no raise in your insurance.. . only bad thing is that i think it only works on the highway, given it's CHP foundation, i'm sure those city cops don't give a rats ass.
