Friend Just Got An S2000
Back to the original question, I have the Spugen dual ti that I bought used and love it. Great sound, looks, and price! PRM intake is working out great for me also. Watch the for sale section, there really are SOME decent people on this board. I don't usually ask alot of questions on this board for obvious reasons. I think alot of these people have too much time on their hands! Good luck.
Look... I wasn't trying to bash the kid. I guess that it's none of our business how he got the S, what he does, and so on. So he put himself out there by giving us all of the extra information.
Anyway, when I was 19 I wanted a DelSol. "That's the only convertible Honda had back in 1995" so I understand how your friend feels. I'm 27 and bought my S2000 when I was 25. It's just that when I was 19 my main goal was to make it easier on my parents by becoming more responsible for myself. They bought me a car when I couldn't afford one, but when I got a job I used the money I was making to start making the payments myself. Did I expect them to make the payments when I wasn't working "yes", but after I got a job I understood that it would be selfish for me to not use the money that I was making to take care of my own responsibilities. My mother would have probably kept paying for the car herself because she loves me, but that doesn't mean that I should have let her do it. It was me realizing that I should be able to take responsibility for my own if I am able. So that's where I was coming from with the whole insurance thing.
I'm sorry for fussing at you like that. Please forgive me.

I second what nastinupe1 said. As with my original post, I wasn't trying to gang up on anyone but more responding to the general attitude that I'm seeing with many younger people today, and taking issue with what you said, but I apologize nonetheless. This isn't the place for preaching.
