Default Front anti-bump steer rack spacers

First, yes. I searched. Doesnt seem that many people are running these type of spacers on their lowered cars.

Anyone have any experiences? advice? suggestions?

I have the MK ones. If you aren't lowered then you really don't need it. I am and it reduces bumpsteer. Steering not as twitchy as before. Only thing bad is if you have these you cannot use/get one of the "X" braces (T1R,S2X...) since those braces use the steering rack for a mounting point.

Good to know. MaxRev says that there's a copper wire/cable that looks like it attaches to some smog device in the front. That Wire/cable is in the way, so we did not install on his AP2 or my AP1.

i machined my own, made of aluminum and 12mm thickness, which i measured was good for my ride of 1.5"-2.0" lower than stock

for cars lowered about 1.0"-1.25" i would recommend 8mm-10mm thickness

it eliminates the front bumpsteer by moving the pivot point of the toe links to match the same arc movement on the control arms when your car is lowered

here is a pic

let me know if anyone is interested
