Default Front bumper question

To make a long story short, someone backed out on my front bumper and it is damaged.. should replace it.
They gave me their number and info, so I guess I can call the insurance first thing tomorrow morning.

I currently have 04, so A2P OEM bumper + APR front lip.
So I guess it's time to have a new bumper. Don't wanna spend extra $$. So thinking amuse style replica.
I found this link
http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com/perf.../Front_Bumpers
And wasn't sure if this deal includes front bumper as well. If so, has anyone have any experience with these people? The quality is good?

Otherwise, I'll go with Shine's replica.

If you have any other suggestions, please feel free to reply. My heart is broken for the damage, but I am glad the person talked to me in person and I even had a witness note left on my windshield with hitter's tag number and description. (I'll thank the person later for sure)
Anyways, any thoughts will be greatly appreciated!

Nice looking bumper, but not all that different from stock.

If it were me, I would get OEM, but the ones above ain't tacky.

Out of the 2 you listed, I would def. get the Shine replica. I would much rather have the part made out of FRP instead of fiberglass.

I vote for Shine as well, it's a better bumper and very flexible...

It's personal preference. I'd go with OEM but I don't see how that's (or anyone's opinion) is really relevant. Go with what you want.

Thanks,
I decided to go with OEM. And put my lip on it again.
I posted here because, I didn't even consider to get a aftermarket bumper.
And didn't expect someone would back out on my car and damage my bumper.
So for the first time, I decided to 'consider' an aftermarket bumper. And I wasn't sure what kinds were out there.
And believe it or not, we are driving same cars and without knowing what's out there, opinions of other owners help a lot.

Anyways, Thanks for your inputs. Shine is nice, but I'd rather go with an easier choice and I don't wanna sell my lip.
Happy driving everyone.
