Default Front bumper swap, Ap2==>AP1

Is it possible to put the Ap2 front bumper(2004) on the Ap1(2000) ?

Is it bolt on ? Need mods ?

Bolt on. But from what I understand there is minor sanding / trimming to the pieces behind the bumper cover. Hopefully someone will chime in.

I know its very easy.

Please reference this thread in the DIY - Under the Hood forum.

You'll find a BUNCH of helpful DIY procedures there.

The steel support beam behind the bumper cover will need to be cut down, as the corners hit the different curvature of the AP2 bumper. Only about 4 bolts (10mm) will lign up on the undertray, unless you get the extensions from Honda.

Thx ! but it is for the headlights.

It would be great to see a "step by step" for the mod.
