i made one from chicken-wire like material bought from Home Depot a few years back for my integra. isn't very hard to do. if you have a bit of time and a few tools, i'd suggest doing it yourself. it's much more satisfying.

I guess, the dennis grill is a much better deal, however, I understand the thing is attached to the bumper using plastic wraps ties? isn't that kind of cheezy? and won't that show?

I just ordered one of the front grill covers from www.hondas2000accessories.com. I spoke to a guy named David who claims to be an S2000 owner.

I mentioned this site to him, and he said he would check it out. Maybe we can pick up a new sponsor.

His version of the grill mounts to existing screw holes in the front grill with 2 allen screws. From the pics on the web site, looks like a very clean install.

I'll let you know how it looks up close once I receive it.

One more thing ... due to the recent order, I will be selling my Dennis screen. If anyone is interested, drop me a line - it's only been on the car 2 days and will be removed tonight.

This is not an attempt to disparage Dennis' work - it's a nice product at a bargain price. I simply like the pattern of the other grill and don't mind paying three times the price to get it.

I purchased my 8'x3' aluminum honeycomb 20 guage sheet (cut into 3 pieces to facilitate shipping) from McNichols Co at 1-800-237-3820. It was ~$120 including shipping and the lovely lady that I talked to was Henrietta.

Obviously, I now have TONS of the screen material so I will make some custom grill pieces for my Focus when it comes.

I called ~12 places for 20 or 22 guage stainless steel honeycomb but the single place that could make it for me wanted ~$1200 for the sheet.

I'll post pictures when I get mine done...
