yes you can...but you risk instability at speeds in excess of 100+ mph.

The APR splitter is VERY heavy (atleast the one I installed on an EVO IX). It was fiberglass chopper gun covered with carbon fiber on the top. There is no rolled edge, instead there is a black molding strip to cap it to cut costs. I'm sorry to say, but it didn't look to be the greatest quality, so iwould get the Mugen which I'm sure will be much lighter.
