it's an OEM option

you have to pay for it, it's not standard if that what you're asking.

Yeap...and they are expensive!!! By the way, I will be selling mine a few days. I am going to sell it as is: it has a crack in it but can be fixed. The quote I got at a local body shop to fix and repaint was US$ 100. I figured I can fix it and sell it but then there is a matter of the color.

I will sell it for $ 250 fixed and ready to paint (means sanded down, primed and just ready to paint.....).
