After work, I came home to notice that the cap for the tow line access in the front was missing. Anyone know what this is specifically called and have a part number? I hope it's replaceable.

For the cost of shipping that little thing to you, just go to your nearest Honda dealer and buy one from them. The extra bit of cost from the dealer will more than make up for the shipping for such a tiny item. They are pre-painted and come ready to pop onto the car. Just ask for the front tow hook cover in your car's color.
Hardtopguy is great but use him for bigger stuff.
