Not intended to bash. This sounds like something that would happen to my wife or brother-in-law. They are both college graduates and common parts of everyday life beat up on them.

yeah, I guess with internet access at work and a day to day schedule, little things like this are the most monumental changes to my routine and therefore I share them.

A while ago some lady sued McDonalds because she spilled hot coffee on her lap. Maybe you could contact her lawyer. You may get double the settlement because of the trauma resulting from your dislike of root beer.

Sounds like a good case to me. I'll sue on the grounds of not only dissatisfaction with the product's stability in their cup holders for sports cars, but further propagating the stereo type that floats are to be done in root beer. I mean ice cream will be buoyant in plenty of liquids!
