I was getting in my car this afternoon when some guy who had obviously been waiting for me walked up and asked, "Hey, does that come in a four-door model?"

When I stopped giggling I told him "Only if you count the trunk and hood."

 

I had a guy tell me "that's the first convertible one of those I've seen." Duh? Maybe he's seen one with a hard top? He also asked if it was a 6 or an 8. Dummy, it's a V-12.

 

I have noticed that not too many people know much about the s2k even friends I have who are into cars. Sometimes someone will say oh yeah isn't that the Honda that revs really high and people always ask why they never see them. I actually saw 2 today which is rare in my area, I can imagine the comments you get when you drive one around!

 

I wouldn't blame the guy if he usually has more than 1 passenger

You guys need to ease up a bit,keep in mind Honda does no advertising of this car and it's not like you see one at every light so people are bound to ask some questions.

 

I agree with Flying Wedge... I really don't know too much in details about some cars... I don't blame them

At a recent cruise night I had an older gentleman ask me if this was the new Mustang?
When I told him it was a Honda he got kind of annoyed like it was lying to him and he walked away. Whatever.
