Check this out...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda-S2000...sspagenameZWDVW

+ 25HP!

Retails for $1200!

By "mu style" do they mean Mugen? Do you need to cut a hole in the hood for the Mugen intake? I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

Anyway, I thought someone else might get a laugh out of this! Sellers like this make me insane!

Did you even read the e-bay page? It clearly states you need to cut the hood. And yes its the Mugen style.

Yeah, I read the e-bay page... I read that you'd have to cut a hole in the hood.

That's kind of why I said "I could be wrong". I've never seen install instructions for the Mugen intake. I wasn't sure that cutting an ugly hole in the hood was "normal"!

Am I wrong in thinking that "25hp" is extremely high for an intake?

You know what, the idea is sound. other snorkles out there are nice but really pinch off over the radiator! If you are wiilling to cut some framing of the hood I think there is a couple HP there! No not 25!, but a few, a few for the S is pretty big ...... Im not finding it funny either! except the 25hp part!

You did realize it was cutting of some of the framing of the hood... not through it?

This is the same as the mugen or j's style intake. Hence why the j's hoods have that bulge over that spot, so you don't have to cut.
