That was pretty gay how they mentioned the CR but didn't use a picture of a CR. Cool story NTL

My favorite part is how they specifically point out the CR and don't picture a CR. Oh, and I have a pre-emptive thumbs down to any CR owner that shows up to Pebble beach 30 years from now advertising their CR as "never raced".

considering how many s2000 owners modify their cars, it will probably make the stock ones even more valuable in the future should it become a classic.

You're not modding because you think it's going to help you 30 years from now? Cars aren't good investments (but then again neither are mods).

personally, I feel the car is fine just the way honda designed it. after 5 years of modding my civic, I don't think I can bring myself to bastardize the s2000.
