Default FYI

Just drove my car for the first time with Axial Flow short shifter install. Definitely an improvement. Feels great with 457R. Shifting is smoothe and mechanical, oh and very short! WEEEEE!

There is absolutely no cabin buzz, however there is some noise from the gears externaly. You can hear it if you drive next to a wall. Kind of a faint werr. Hardly noticeable. I began the thread to tell you guys about the Axial Flow shifter but I will say this about the 457R. If they are installed properly there is practically no noise. I had to turn the radio down and put my head down to the console. The shifter will not effect gear noise. The feel of the gears with the short shifter is awesome! I can feel everything the tranny does. The tollerances of the gear box feels very precise and tight and purposeful. S2k stock shift is the best I have driven to include porches, Audis, etc. but this is a definite improvement. I don't mean to ramble on but I am very happy with this mod.

I do not have pics during install but I am going out to snap some shots of it right now so stay tuned.. 10 mins tops.
