Do you park that Skyline in Chinatown - outside of Bush Garden once in a while? Forgive me... I may have left some drool on the car once or twice.

I went to the Infiniti dealer this weekend. Thought that the wife would think the G35 Coupe was the car she couldn't live without. For some reason - she didn't really dig it. I love that car. It's much better looking than the 350z, IMO.

If all you want is a fun 2nd car and you want a convertible, by all means get the S2000. Practical? I'd say the Infiniti. They really are apples and oranges.

Tough choice!

you can't go wrong with either choice but i'd say if you're looking for something more conventional then go with the G35. your current car is AWESOME!

If you are primarily looking for something more "practical", go with the G35C. The S2000 and G35C are beautiful cars that you'll be happy to be in (and be seen in). But the S2000 is less practical, but more fun.

With the Skyline, I doubt you're really looking for much more fun (a convertible COULD be that answer).

BTW, glad to see you've chosen the G35C over the 350Z. The body lines on the G35C are subtle enough to resolve the sometimes shock effect the 350Z garnishes.

Yeah... that was my drool. :-) I see your car on occaision and a darker blue one - someone told me that the blue one belongs to the SPL tuning shop owner.

I have a Grand Cherokee, the wife drives an ES300 so the S2000 is perfect as a "fun" car for me. I don't need it to haul people around... if it's raining, I drive the Jeep.

I really love the S2000 though... If I simply had to choose between the G35 Coupe and the S2k - no question I'd take the S. Pure, undistilled fun. Not much luxury at all but hey... I don't care!

Let me just say again...

Skyline!

I wanted one of those for so long... back in the day I remembered reading that when you ordered one, your measurements were taken and they would mold a seat - to fit you perfectly.

It's actually a pretty good automatic...it'll hold gears, and upshifts aggressively.

You should hang out with the s2000 club guys here. It's a fun group... auto-x, karting, track events (I've got to go next year)

Bring the Skyline, fo sure!

If this is your 3rd car - S2000 without a doubt. If you want to haul people, the Jeep will get the job done. Haul a$$? The S2k or the Skyline.
