Default GD DEEER!

just 20 minutes ago i hit a god damn in deer! the only damage it did was to my passenger headlight, which is now puched back in about 2 inches in the top corner, and it disconnected my bumper from the fender. Quick question how can i bend my headlight back? do i have to take the bumper and fender off???

your lucky most people that hit em get the front of their car totaled and the deer ends up going threw the windsheild or something.

(this is the point where i get the smiley faces that say "This thread is worthless without pics"!

It would be best to take the bumper off to get your headlight back into postion, if it's not too broken up. Go to Rick's website, select the headlight diffuser, and it will have a faq on taking the bumper/headlights off. Should only take about 1.5 - 2 hours for the whole job if its your first time and requires only a couple wrenches and a screwdriver. May as well clear your headlights while your at it.

Use this link and click on the diffuser install instructions, downloads an adobe pdf file.

P.S. be careful about how and where to lay the bumper down so you don't scratch the hell out of it. I put a beach blanket down in front of the car and layed all the parts on that.
