4.56 gears are the best all around and are stronger.

If you do no freeway driving AND want max acceleration, get the 4.77:1 gears.

how bad are the 4.77's on the highway, cant be any worse then my itr was, when i was at 80 i was at like 4500 rpms almost 5 grand, and it didnt bother me

with the 6th gear on the S it cant be any worse

i think im gonna go with the 4.77's for the best accelaration

btw about how much whould it be to install the gears, like whats the average amount of time it takes someone to install gears

if it matters the car will already be up on a lift getting the clutch installed

Go with the 4.77s, Don't even ask about the cost of the install, ask about the quality . If the installer doesn't know diffs and has a lot of experience RUN! Jeff ( hardtopguy) can hook you up. I did the diff R&R myself and had a high end shop do the ring a pinion setup. They only charged me a few hrs labor. Do not skip on the installer or you will be sorry . The 4.77s will put a smile on your face! and don't worry if installed correct they will hold up to clutch dumps just fine , I do it often. No problems so far with 15k since the install , That's a hard 15k ...balls out . ENJOY
