Another Mid-Atlantic Owner has already done Moonrock, and I doubt Vladimir will be able to compete with FF2Skip anytime soon......that is, if trying to outdo someone is a concern.

To the best of my knowledge nobody has painted a S2000 Carbon Black

Here's my thoughts on repainting your car a different color (from someone who has done it) If your going through all the trouble of stripping the interior, removing the glass, top and yanking the engine out, you better make it and obvious custom color.

I did that with a Lexus I had, I stripped it all apart (glass, interior, etc.) and repainted it R70 red from a Mitsubishi galant.

Did it look great? yes, could anyone tell it wasn't the factory color? no. only people with that car in that original color could tell it wasn't the stock color.

So if you're going through all that work, then get something different.

just my opinion. good luck!

Heh I dont want a dark color.

Skips car is beautiful. I might just do yellow or blue. I want something that stands out a little more.

Is that a picture of your car in the post? If so, I'd find something that will go with those red seats, unless you intend to change them too. Personally, I don't think they'd go too well with a blue exterior but that's just me!

yeah the red seats kill me thats why blue is kind of shaky but I want black seats anyways.

Yeeellow mellow.

AP2 yellow or ap1 yellow.

The Acura TSX comes in a Carbon gray metallic color. It's much darker than Silverstone, or even moonrock for that matter... completely different than either. It's a really nice color in my opinion and may look good on the s2k. Check it out if you've never seen it before.

Go back to the early 90's and Nissan had a pearl yellow for the 300z.
