Default Getting a S2000

Alright so, I finally convinced my parents to get me a new 2007 S2000. I went to the dealership on capital (san jose) and they just happened to have one and they said they would give it to me for 30,800 before tax and license. Is this a good deal? I'm getting a Grand Prix White one with Black/Red 2 tone interior. Oh and yeah, I will be joining the S2000 community veryyyy soon

Probably 17-19. To the OP...just take it easy on the roads. Drive safe, and save the fun for track days. Since you live in Cali, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the S. Enjoy the car.

Judging by the '88 I'd say 19.

Is this going to be your First car? My friend got his 07 GPW from Capital Honda for $35k out the door. That was 2-3 months ago, prices might be a little bit lower now.

Make sure if you want to drive really stupid...go to the track. It's very likely that you're around the same age as me, and let's just say the S2000 is a handful for a first time driver of a rear wheel drive car (high performing one at that). You said San Jose, that means Sears Point and Laguna Seca aren't TOO far from you. Not only is the track fun...but it'll make you a great driver too. Trust, I had a few close calls with oversteering and understeering my first few months of owning the car.

That being said...that's a good deal. I say go for it.
