Gillman Honda Of Houston
Not a bad idea about the billboard and the database at all. I don't believe any consumer out there should be treated in such a manner. It's just bad business, and is unfortunate for those of us which have had to experience it. Nevertheless, it'll be hard for them to sweep this one under the rug. (As infectious as the Internet is by nature!) I will keep updating that page with current complaints against Gillman until I start to hear that they will change their ways. If you have any documentation such as Letters Of Complaint addressed to Gillman, shoot them my way and I'll be sure it will be seen by Stacy a member of the owning family. I'm sure she'll enjoy reading this on the Internet, as opposed to hearing it from their 100k salary GM there. Internal issues you gotta love'em! BTW you should have seen the look on Chuck's face when I whipped out my camera for a photo shoot just now. Dealers never like you taking pictures because it leave a lot of room for mistakes on their behalf. Your move Gillman.....
Dude,
I feel your pain! I went through a similar situation in San Antonio with a different dealership. I was actually trying to purchase an new s2k. (didn't work out) I actually went to austin to pick one up. comes in next week. howdy honda (in austin) has great sales people. It really all comes down to customer service.......there is none when it comes to honda. I think American Honda Corp should be contacted. later.

The bubbles developing on my dashboard and the creases and scratches on my rear window. I also got a pic of the stain the cleaning material left on my top although the shade made it less visible. Nevertheless, in person the part around the top of the window is a lot darker and very noticable in the sun. Some other stuff too like mileage and the car physical condition versus how it was when I brought it in. I understand dusty but this is was a bit much.
