DUUUUUDE!!! Bring it with you! I was stationed at Ramstein from 2003-2005 and I miss driving there every day. I sold my 240sx before I got there. The good news is I went to buy another one and guess what!!! A 240sx in Germany is full-blown Nissan Silvia. SR20DET and all!

Like the others said, you can use gas vouchers when outside of the military communities. All you have to do is pre-purchase them from a base gas station.

A buddy of mine had an AP1 there and loved it. I lost count how many times he took it to Nurnburgring. Just be careful because most insurance companies wont cover you if you wreck on a track there. I learned that from a guy that had the 1st SRT4 in Germany. It lasted him all of a month! And speaking of insurance, if you dont stick with USAA, most insurance companies there base their insurance by engine displacement. so a 2.2. or 2.4 wont cost much.

Bring it! Any other questions let me know. Oh what base?
The Nurbergring is definitely on my to do list. I'm also wondering where y'all stored the vehicle since you have pretty hard winters out there. Oh, hopefully I'll be at Vilseck.

Fuel is about 1,35 USD pr. L = about 5,13 pr. gallon

Germany has fun roads, the nurbugring, and free speed highways.

If you dont bring the S2K, then buy one i germany and sell when you go home. Maybe thats cheaper then transport.
