Default Going price for 2004 s2000 w/ 48k mi?

I'm selling my 2004 s2000 with 48k mi. It's in perfect condition except for a patch on the roof which is not leaking, but doesn't look pretty. The wheels & tires are immaculate since they are brand new. Body & mechanical are near perfect. I listed it for $15k, but have only recieved an offer of $13200 so far. He basically wants me to buy him a new top for $1800. It's only been listed for a few days. The guy is threatening to walk away unless I sell him the car this weekend.

Do you guys think this is a fair sales price?

His offer seems pretty low for an '04. Your miles are a little above average for this type of car, but still....I'd think that you could still get $14k+ for it with the top the way it is.

I'd counteroffer him with a price of $14,250 as is.

Sorry, borderline "feeler / advertisement" thread.
