Short answer NO WAY! Look at KBB.com. In excellent condition, private party sale it's worth $19,300. The guy needs to drop 5-6K before you should consider it. 50K miles in two years that's an A$$ load he beat the crap out of it!

BTW ALWAYS have a used car inspected by a mechanic(yours not his) before buying it!
