Generally, yes, if the car's in good condition given how few miles are on it. Just make sure it hasn't been beaten or anything like that.

Look in the for sale sub-forum and comparison shop before you commit, though.

its not a bad deal per say, but i think you could do better if you shop around

i picked up my certified 04 SS with 30k miles for 18k back in july. these cars have gotten substantially cheaper in the past 6 months so id bet you could find one for around 17k if you shop around.

it's ok deal, but if you can get for 17.500-16.500 you got yourself a good deal...plus it a GPW so it's a good color...

There's always a difference between asking and selling price.
The market is soft, lenders are stricter on used cars, and Capital One no longer doing person to person car deals has put a big hit on the used sports car market, offer 10% less than asking if it all checks out...you never know.

where are you located? I personally don't like the tan interior on GPW and a lot of them come with that. I noticed the 06 AP2 getting better resale b/c of the black interior.

Local dealer is selling an 05 GPW for 17.5K + Tax/Lic with 28K miles.

Get them down to 17,500.
