Default Good Deal? Help me!

Well I spoke to the dealer. The sales manager will give me $14500 for my 2001 MR2 and give up his 2003 s2000 for $29000. Good or bad? I was pondering selling the MR2 myself but that will be a real pain the ass for me. The S2000s have been in his lot for over a year. He claims the factory is not giving him anything back for the 2003s and he has 3 of them in his lot. I was going to go with the trade if he will go down another $500-1000. So what do you guys think? Rather then lose a ton of money I might just stay with the MR2. Even though its slower, no one else in my neck of the woods them. I can count the number I have seen in the last 2 years on 2 hands.

29,000 for a 2003 is not a great deal IMO, might be worth it if you're getting a decent value for your MR2.

i think 500 more for your car or off s2k it's a deal
depending on how many miles on an 03
under 29 miles should be good

You could get a GTS motor swap in your MR2 or go FI. Upgrade/Tune the suspension and the MR2 is a monster in the corners.

As for the S2K, 29000 isn't a great deal for a 03 even though its new.

actually 29 brand new is pretty much right. dealer is not going to give you brand new s2k for 28 27.

i would jump on it, but you can get him to give you little more your mr2.
