I'd say anything under $25k is a steal.

The problem with the S2000 is the same problem that people with NSX's are starting to have.

There's no real justification for paying more for the same technology. That's why car makers make changes and redesign cars. If they didn't they everyone would just go buy used.

People who have 2005 NSX's are wanting $65,000-$70,000 for the car. But they don't have any improvments over the 2002's that are going for $45,000- $50,000. How do you justify paying an additional $20,000 just to have a newer year when the mileage could be just about the same?

That's why 2006 - 2008 S2000's are starting to already lose their value. Unless you want DBW and TC, you can get a 2004 for $18,000. That's a 30% savings over the newer ride that looks and performs the same. Why do it?

Honda's lack of interest is killing the S2000's price value. They should have just stopped making it in 2005.

Back in 2002, you were lucky to get a MY00 S2000 for less than $28,000.

OK, well I guess I would officially sell it for $24,500.
I hope I can find a buyer for it. This leaves me with $14,200 of negative equity that I need to pay off out of pocket to Honda Financial.

It is indeed like brand new, The carpets actually have the sticky plastic from a dealership on them still, and it was recently detailed for sale by a Mercedes dealership that I had it on consignment with.

Do you think if I paid for the membership on this site, there'd be a buyer to be found here for $24,500?

I am in the valley (woodland hills, ca).

2007 S2K
4700 miles
$24.5K

You DO NOT need to buy a membership to sell your own S2000 in this forum.
