I dont believe that is a good deal. You can find alot better to tell you the truth. And maybe look for 02s and up models. Alot of the tiny little fixes have been made especially the glass window.
For a car like that, $14.5k-15k would be a good deal. For an example, I got mine Jan 07, 17k for an 02 with 37k miles. Take a look at the for sale section, I'm pretty sure you can find something better. Good luck with your purchase.
