Default Goodbye S2000!

Alas, the s2000 has finally found a new home. It was definitely fun while it lasted and I have no regrets whatsoever. The car held up like a champ (despite dirty TB issues!) and it was more than likely one of the most fun cars I've ever driven. The s2000 was an incredible attention grabber and people would always stop and ask about the car. However with the long commute to and from work now, something a bit more comfortable and practical is needed now. Not to mention starting a family and my wife wanting something bigger with 4 doors that can encompass a child seat!

So decided to pick up this up with 17 miles on it!

So far love it and it's definitely very fun to drive, however after having the Invidia N1 exhaust on the s2000 it sounds like a mouse in comparison. It's literally silent and I can hear my radio for the first time in 3 years (that won't last long though, already have a stright pipe TBE on the way). I would definitely recommend the Evo to any rally enthusiasts as it's a really fun car to drive on all terrain.

I'll still be around since the Evo community is basically scarce as the car is a bit less common, but all in all it was great while it lasted and thanks for all the help in terms of answering my questions when I first got the s2000!

Good choice on the car. It's funny because the person I recently just bought my S2K from was looking at an EVO X because he was going to be expanding his family.

Anyways, good looking car! Hope the S2K ended up in a nice home!

nice choice. I definitely prefer the evo x style over the sti. Good luck with your purchase and best wishes to your family.

STi is ugly. Always have been and always will be. The Evo X is a much better looking car and Im thinking about picking one up in a few years as well to retire the S from daily duty. Congrats on the car and good luck to you and your family.
