Almost spot on.

There are actually THREE different UK geo setup.
99-03 Factory
99-03 HUK Safer settings
+04 Factory settings

The Honda UK safer settings simply add more camber and caster.
Making it heavier to steer but less likely to let go.

BTW this is the current set up most UK owners are tuning to!
