got a flat on 66 last night!
so i was heading back from the nissian pavillion last night and i noticed a hard pull to the left so i pulled over to the shoulder, and what do i see but a totally flat tire...from what i don't know...could have been anything for all i know. But yeah so get all the stuff out to change it and put on the spare, so i get to the wheel lock and its striped
so that took me like forever to get off. But thats not what im complaing about its that when i did take off the tire it didn't fit in the trunk where does Honda think i'm going to put the tire
on my pasengers lap.....im mean come on if i was alone fine but i wasn't so i had to call up my buddies to have them put it in there trunk and take then take it to my house. All and all it was a long night just for on flat tire.

Seriously, I carry a can of fix-a-flat in my trunk. Works on all but the most heinous blow outs. Repair guys hate it, but saves me the potential two-tire greasy swap (look this one up in the manual if you don't know what I mean).
I'd rather pay the tire repair place an extra $10 bucks than go through the hassle.
Others may disagree, it all depends what your time is worth.
about reading the owners manual...Procedure for flat rear tire:
1) Jack up FRONT of car.
2) Remove front tire on same side as flat rear tire. Replace with spare.
3) Jack up rear of car, replace rear tire with front tire.
4) Put tools back in tool tray, put tool tray were spare used to be.
5) Put flat rear tire in trunk where tool tray used to be.
6) Close trunk and drive safely.

People don't read the OWNER'S MANUAL and then complain to Honda because they couldn't figure something out that was clearly written in the OWNER'S MANUAL?

owner's manual CLEARLY states how to get the tire in the trunk...and you DO know where the secret compartment is right???

.... its okay bro... you got out unharmed and thats all that matters... sometimes honda just pisses me off...
